Product Description
The DTN series fixed-point projection spot welding machine, a dual-purpose model manufactured by our company, is primarily designed for welding low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and certain non-ferrous metals. It is also capable of welding between plates, as well as performing projection welding on nuts and bolts.

Body: Constructed from steel plates that are bent and welded into a single unit, offering excellent rigidity, high strength, a well-designed structure, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Welding Pressure Mechanism: Features ADK components known for their reliable and stable performance. The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy with a wear-resistant surface, ensuring a long service life. The working stroke is adjustable and guided by linear rails, providing high precision and extended durability.

Welding Transformer: The transformer is a three-phase shell-type unit, sealed with vacuum epoxy resin. It features a disc-wound primary coil and a specially designed rectangular tube secondary coil that also functions as a water cooling system.

Air Circuit (Pressurization) System: The air circuit (pressurization) system includes a compressed air filter, pressure-reducing valve, barometer, oil atomizer, electromagnetic air valve, cylinder, and foot pedal switch. Depending on user requirements, the system may be configured with or without auxiliary travel, or with mechanical or electrically controlled auxiliary travel.
