Product Description

The fixed stationary spot welding machine primarily consists of the body, welding pressure mechanism, transformer, upper and lower projection welding platforms (for specialized projection welding machines), upper and lower welding arm bodies (for specialized spot welding machines), air circuit (pressure) system, water circuit (cooling) system, controller, and foot switch. The DTN series fixed-point projection spot welding machine, a dual-purpose model manufactured by our company, is mainly used for welding low-carbon steel, stainless steel, and certain non-ferrous metals. Additionally, it is capable of welding between plates, as well as performing projection welding on nuts and bolts.

Features

1. Body: Constructed from steel plates that are bent and welded into a single piece, providing excellent rigidity, high strength, a well-balanced structure, and an attractive appearance.

2. Welding Pressure Mechanism: Equipped with ADK components, known for their reliable and stable quality. The cylinder features an aluminum alloy barrel with a wear-resistant surface, ensuring a long service life. The working stroke is adjustable and guided by linear rails, offering high precision and durability.

3. Welding Transformer: The welding transformer is a three-phase shell-type unit, sealed with vacuum epoxy resin. The primary coil uses a disc winding, while the secondary coil is a specially designed rectangular tube that also functions as a water cooling system.

4. Components: The projection welding machine includes an upper and lower projection welding platform, electrode holder, and projection welding electrode head. Water circulates internally to ensure effective cooling of the electrode head. The upper and lower projection welding platforms are connected to the secondary side of the welding transformer via soft copper strips, creating the welding current path. Various forms of projection welding electrodes can be prepared by users to meet the specific requirements of different projection welding workpieces.
